Method are the makers of beautiful workplace recycling bins, designed and manufactured in New Zealand. Our products can be found in the world’s most influential workplaces. By taking a more visible, flexible and aesthetically pleasing approach, we are driving engagement with recycling, advocating sustainability and facilitating change in the workplace and beyond. In FY2019 alone we estimate that we’ve empowered our customers to divert 97 million kg of waste from landfill!

Since our launch in 2015 we have been the winner of numerous reputable business and design awards; we have grown to a team of 21 and are just beginning our journey in the UK, opening a London office in September 2018 after working with Foster + Partners.

We’re now looking for an amazing Sales Support Administrator to join our new UK team, providing awesome support to both our Sales Team and customers and helping us continue to drive waste away from landfill and a more sustainable solution.

What Will I Be Doing? 

As a Sales Support Administrator, you have one key goal; delivering sales operations excellence and making sure all our customers are delighted with their experience. 

More than just matching the right order to the right address at the right time, this role is about helping our company grow, taking ownership of sales support and becoming an expert in our products. 

Being a part of our new UK team is going to be an exciting and varied role, where you will be: 

- Providing incredible support to both the Sales Team and our customers 
- Helping customers achieve their sustainability goals 
- Answering inbound enquiries promptly and professionally via apps, email and phone 
- Preparing quotes and sales orders 
- Taking ownership of orders and ensuring they are fulfilled correctly 
- Managing the returns process and handling complaints 

What Will I Need to Be Considered? 

To progress as a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll need: 

- Experience working in a customer service, contact centre, or office administration environment 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills, with the ability to monitor and adjust priorities on an ongoing basis 

You’ll also need to be great with tech, switched on to the needs of a growing business and have grit and the ability to keep focused in a rapidly evolving role. 

Whilst not essential, an interest in promoting recycling and sustainable business practices is preferred. 

Other organisations may call this role Sales Administrator, Sales Co-ordinator, Sales Support Advisor, Order Processor, or Sales Team Assistant. 

We’re also interested in hearing from you if you have worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Customer Care Advisor, Contact Centre Operative, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Office Co-ordinator, or in a similar role.
