We are currently recruiting for a Quality Controller-Board to join the Quality & Customer Care team based at our Boston site. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career and join a progressive business.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- QA department clerical duties, all customer requests, sending Certificates, report
- Customer specifications, SAQ's etc
- To complete and control specifications and Complete customer SAQ's
- To liaise and build relations with the site based Quality co-ordinators and SME's (Subject matter experts)
- To control SOP / OPL documentation across the Board business
- Support the business in 3rd part certifications ISO9001, ISO14001, BRC and COC if required.
- Assist with arranging 3rd party and customer audits and audit preparation
- Assist with Pre-requisite Audits / Process audits/desk top audit where necessary
- Carryout internal audits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update the Board sites audit schedule
- Use of BRC Directory and Q-pluse and Qadex
- Maintain Supplier approval data base and to maintain the approved supplier documentation
- Help check stock and returns when necessary to support customer satisfaction
- To control raw material NCR's ensuring credits are paid in full in a timely manner
- Attend Customer Care DMS daily and the Board sites DMS when visiting
- Credits to be sent to accounts, scanning documents and filing on system
- Collections and UK Mail invoices
- Arrange collections in a timely manner, ensure that they are inspected and logged back into the business on a daily basis
- Other duties may be required to suit the needs of the business
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Organised and calm under pressure
- Friendly, approachable and flexible - a team player
- Computer literate with an in-depth knowledge of Excel and Word
- Proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates "can do" attitude
- Travel may be required therefore current, clean driving licence an advantage
