We have over 350 sites in the UK and Ireland and find work for over 50,000 people every single day. Reliability, certainty and productivity are central to our service, making the payroll team a core function in ensuring we deliver an exceptional service to each one of our workers.

The Pension Administrator Role
You will work as part of a team to assist with daily administration tasks for pensions generated by weekly payrolls.
* Processing results of auto-enrolment
* Processing opt-in and opt-out notifications
* Maintaining pension database with up to date information
* Ensuring all appropriate notifications and correspondence are processed in a timely manner
* Provide management reporting from various sources on an adhoc basis
* First point of contact for all pension queries and requests including answering and responding to phone calls and emails
* Respond in a timely manner to pension queries about enrolment and contributions
* Prepare and submit pension information to the pension provider within legislated timeframes
* Adheres to pension policies and procedures and complies with relevant legislation
* Honours confidentiality of employees' pay and pension records
Who are we looking for?
* You will have good organisational and mathematical skills with a high attention to detail
* You will preferably have a minimum of one-year pension experience
* You will have a good level of familiarity with payroll software and pension portals, especially NEST
* You will be passionate about putting people first and have excellent interpersonal skills
* You will have an excellent work ethic and an aptitude for using Microsoft Office, especially an ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel
* You will have a positive, driven and flexible attitude and be able to work with minimal supervision
