Global Programmatic Director

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Director to join one of the leading Ad Techs around the Globe. With a well-established reputation in the industry, they work with the biggest consumer brands across a variety of industries.

With a fast-growing portfolio and partnerships, they are now looking for an Experienced Programmatic leader looking to challenge the status-quo and help them push the boundaries of what's possible.

The Role

As a Director you will be give the opportunity and exposure to work with high profile and premium global brands and agencies within a flexible and innovative environment.
You will also be a team leader, guiding and directing the programmatic team including managers, and a team of new and experienced programmatic specialists executing campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

* Combine media market & technical knowledge, data analysis, and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives
* Determine set up, including testing methodologies, reporting and optimization requirements to ensure full impact and efficiency of optimization efforts
* Support the agency teams and central practice teams in driving the growth and innovation of data enabled and programmatic service offering by developing new solutions and services.
* Guide and Support multiple teams' members with on-boarding, training and development.

Experience

* A minimum of 3 years + experience within the programmatic space.
* Strong experience and knowledge on at least one DSP
* Due to the level of data involved in this area, you must be confident with math's and basic statistics.
* A solid understanding of digital media practices, the role of digital and the principles behind both brand and DR advertising.
