Paint Sprayer

A well established manufacturing facility located in the heart of Perhsore are currently seeking experienced Paint Spraying specialists to join their expanding team. Due to continued growth and success, a Wet paint Sprayer/ Powder Coater is required to join an already fully functional spray team, spraying products for a multitude of industries.

As a Paint Sprayer your duties:

• The application of wet paint and / or powder coat by utilisation of various application equipment.
• Adjustment of application parameters (voltage, pressure etc...) to achieve high class paint finish.
• To safely handle and package to preserve product quality, of customer parts
• To ensure the labelling and identification of processed (and reprocessed) parts and raw materials used in processing.
• Ensure viscosity of sprayed products are perfect. Constantly quality assessing at each stage of the process
