Randstad are delighted to be working with a major welfare to work provider. They are recruiting for a Employment Case Worker to join their team based in Oldham. You will be the single point of contact for participants, working with them to overcome any issues and ultimately find employment.
Duties:

• Build strong and positive relationships with participants and support them in order to overcome barriers to work
• Build relationships with various organisations and local and integrated services, supported by colleagues
• Provide in work support for those with specific needs

Experience:

• Proven experience within the welfare to work or employability sector
• Experience of working with people with multiple and complex needs, including health conditions and disabilities
• Experience of delivering group based learning interventions for participants, when required
• Knowledge of the local labour market
• Must have driving license and access to own vehicle
