Cordant People are recruiting for a HR admin support role based in Hatfield working in a small but busy team.

Recruitment Administrator - Skills & Experience Required

* Previous administrative experience

* Experience of working in a recruitment department desirable but not essential

* Strong PC skills including databases and all Microsoft packages

* Experience of working within a fast-paced environment

* Experience of working within a HR department desirable but not essential

* Proven ability to communicate with people at different levels

* Customer focused

Recruitment Administrator - Job Overview

As a Recruitment Administrator your duties will include;

* Advertising new vacancies

* General administration

* Screening CV's and shortlisting candidates

* Updating hiring managers on progress made

* Managing diaries and arranging interviews

* Sending out offer letters, contracts and packs

* Meeting and greeting candidates upon arrival for interviews

* General customer service
