Our client based in Stradbroke near Diss is currently recruiting a Production Operative / Trade Show Assistant for their growing business.
This is a two part role where you will be booking and representing the company at trade shows for 35 days of the year and working in the production part of the business at all other times.
For the Production Operative part of the role, your duties will include:
Working on a production line
Following recipes to exact specifications
Selecting and loading ingredients
Operating machinery
Completing all paperwork accurately
As a Trade Show Assistant, your duties will include:
Booking and organising events
Travelling to events as part of a team
Setting up the company stand
Supporting sales managers
Presenting products to customers
When exhibiting at trade shows, you will be required to have overnight stays across the country where our client will pay for accommodation and meals.
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team, as well as having great organisational and interpersonal skills.
A Class BE License is also essential for this role as your will be required to drive a van with a trailer attached throughout the UK.
We are offering this role on a temp to perm basis with an hourly rate of GBP12 an hour, rising to an annual salary of up to GBP26,000 per annum once the successful candidate has been made permanent.
