A busy hotel and restaurant located in Southwold is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
Working under the head chef, your duties will include:
Preparing and plating meals with seasonal ingredients
Stock control
Helping to design new dishes based on available fresh produce
Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Acting as Head Chef in their absence
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to GBP25,000 per annum based on a 48 hour working week.
