A key member of the human resources team, our new Learning & Development specialist will lead on the planning, design and implementation of targeted programmes within the college.

Key Requirements

* Responsible for the design and coordination of all mandatory management & leadership training across the college.

* Design and deliver development based courses and materials in line with predefined learning outcomes.

* Take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of offline & online induction materials

* Encourage engagement of learning and development activities across the organisation

* CIPD Qualified
