We are looking for confident, flexible, committed and personable Customer Services Advisors to join our Christmas team from October through to January.

Responsible for handling customer service queries, managing call allocation and supporting customer orders whilst demonstrating the highest level of customer service, you will have excellent communication skills, with a friendly and attentive telephone manner, and IT skills to boot.

To bring you up to speed, you will be equipped with bespoke training to enable you to deliver service that we are renowned for.
