Legal Counsel

My client is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a team of 4 experienced lawyers providing critical legal advice to the various key areas of their global business. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or barrister (2-5 PQE) with excellent technical understanding of commercial contracts. Any experience working on government projects would be desirable alongside a flexible and adaptable attitude towards tackling complex projects.

Essential:

Qualified solicitor or barrister (2-5 PQE)

Excellent technical understanding of commercial contracts

Desirable:

UK Government contracting experience desirable

You should be a proactive and "can do" individual, who has the ability and willingness to adapt easily to a wide range of internal clients and their various requirements and styles. You should be technically sound, commercially minded and risk-aware, and be able to provide appropriate full-range legal advice as required by your internal clients.
