Our client who are a large, global organisation have an exciting and brand-new opportunity to work as an integral member of the Talent team in the delivery of talent/ graduate programmes within the organisation. The role will support the full life cycle of the programmes from on-boarding to graduation. Working across the business to establish placements, rotations and mentoring and other critical milestones from within the programmes design.

As Graduate Development Programme Advisor/ Early Careers Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

* Graduate Recruitment and onboarding

* Managing all aspects of programme delivery for the Trainees and Talent programmes (Emerging talent, Graduates etc)

* Working with the business to match talent to business and ensuring objectives for both parties are met.

* To grow and develop the current talent development programmes

* Develop a strong external network through attending relevant networking events and careers fairs contributing to employer brand and the talent attraction strategy.

* Applying excellent consulting skills to understand and influence key stakeholders internally

To be successful you will have/be:

* Proven experience in a similar Graduate Development Programme Advisor/ Graduate Recruitment Advisor or Early Careers Advisor role

* Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or ideally CIPD qualified (although not essential)

* A results driven Talent professional.

* A Positive team player and be able to multi-task and prioritise workload.

* An excellent communicator who is able to demonstrate a high level of Influencing and negotiation skills

* Able to work collaboratively within in a team environment.

* A passion for talent development and the desire to make a difference

* First class interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
