A leading Legal 500 with multiple offices are currently seeking a Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join them in their busy offices in Sevenoaks. Working within a team of made up of Senior Solicitors and Partners, and supported by a Secretary, the successful Dispute Resolution Paralegal will play a vital part!

The successful Dispute Resolution Paralegal will work primarily with the Head of Department and Partner, providing legal support in a range of matters including both civil and commercial litigation.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

* Legal Research

* Drafting contracts and letters

* Assisting with a variety of commercial and civil litigation cases

* Assisting on case loads

* File preparation

* Preparing court bundles

* Client contact

The successful Dispute Resolution Paralegal will have the following background/skill set:

* Strong academics (at least 2:1 classification degree gained at respected University)

* Ideally gained some experience within a City or regional law firm, with focus on litigation

* Professional telephone manner

* Well presented

* High attention to detail

* Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines

* Keen team player

* Must be local or have links to Kent
