My client is a family business which is currently expanding at a rapid rate. They are looking to add to their team by bringing an experienced Production Manager on-board.
The main role will be achieving true value to the business through minimising costs and maximising efficiencies and yield.
* You will be managing a team of around 30 staff and will be responsible for the coaching and development of the team to meet company and BRC standard.
Your role will include but will not be limited to:
* Leading, developing and delivering performance improvement plans ensuring the achievement of budgets and company targets.
* Leading a LEAN agenda within the company.
* Ensuring the company's vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Candidates should have at least 5 years' experience as a Production Manager in a high volume bakery environment, as well as possessing strong people management skills and a track record of operational and career successes.

Indicative Salary Range: GBP25000 - 35000
