Our client who are a large, global organisation have an exciting and brand-new opportunity for a Resource Planning Analyst to work as an integral member of the Talent team to support with workforce analysis and resource planning whilst identifying development needs, emerging talent and future leaders across the business

As a Resource Planning Analyst your responsibilities will include:

* Managing and updating the workforce appraisal system

* Working with the business to develop career pathways to help guide and inform career progression conversation.

* Delivering / gathering feedback to aid personal development and improve performance.

* Reviewing and overseeing the appraisal process alongside the Talent Process & Systems Coordinator.

* Supporting the business in identifying emerging talent and future leaders.

* Supporting with issuing Ability & Psychometric assessments in support of recruitment of key critical roles.

* Supporting the business in Job Evaluation and Role Profiling

To be successful you will have/be:

* Ideally CIPD qualified and educated to degree level (although not essential)

* Demonstrable experience in a similar resource planning or work force analyst role

* A Positive team player and be able to multi-task and prioritise workload.

* Able to work to tight deadlines

* An excellent communicator who is able to demonstrate a high level of Influencing and negotiation skills

* Able to work collaboratively within in a team environment.

Above all you will have:

* A passion for talent development and the desire to make a difference

* First class interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
