Talented Account Based Marketer needed to create relevant, timely and personal client experiences to drive growth.

Account Based Marketing Manager - Competitive salary - 12 month contract - London

You will work for a new division in a leading business, that has a start-up feel to shape the ABM strategy. You will have a strong record in B2B marketing and will take a close look at issues facing key markets, map them to individuals and tailor campaigns to address those issues.

Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver ABM plan working in close collaboration with the account team to ensure activity is aligned to growth objectives
- Act as a single marketing point of contact for account teams, filtering and bringing to bear the best of wider marketing activity to drive account priorities
- Create and deliver bespoke campaigns which help expand the number and strength of client relationships and educate clients as to the full breadth of the company's capabilities
- Deploy the ABM campaign and plan including but not limited to (e.g. targeted display ads, thought leadership, events, email, presentations, reports, infographics, paid social, direct mail, custom landing pages)
- Build a deep understanding of industry trends and the needs of clients to ensure campaigns are highly relevant, timely and client-centric
- Develop client-specific messages, aligned to the company agenda and applicable industry and business services
- Lead the execution of account specific campaigns or deliverables, managing budgets and input from agencies, suppliers and wider marketing team.

You MUST have:
- Knowledge of HR/ professional services industry / B2B marketing
- Proven experience in ABM / account-specific marketing strategy development and planning
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM system
- Significant experience in digital marketing including marketing automation skills
- Proven experience in client credentials/ case study and marketing collateral development
- Experience with opportunity centric marketing (bid support)
- Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences
- Strong project management skills, with ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in an intense and deadline-driven environment
- Strong execution track record
