Our client is an independent and rapidly expanding asbestos consultancy with a large presence nationwide. Due to current demand they are actively looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to work for them in the Central belt of Scotland. Applications will be considered from East Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & experience:
Must possess the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Previous experience working as a surveyor within the asbestos surveyor.
A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures/legislation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Collate and produce accurate, comprehensive reports.
Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
