As a fast growing serviced apartment business they are intent on reshaping hospitality. They want to make sure that everyone understands the benefits of staying in a serviced apartment versus other types of accommodation when they are away from home.  They have a passion for their apartments and they hope you will as well.

They are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join them where you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work and refurbishment in the property, as well as fixing adhoc maintenance issues as and when they arise. This role will be based at their Bristol site.

They are looking for is someone who is great at fixing things and who ideally has previous maintenance experience in a domestic or commercial buildings. Experience of a trade such as painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing is advantageous; what is important is that you have good customer service skills an attention to detail and are able to speak English well.

This role requires you to work 30 hours per week which will be split as 5 x 6 hour shifts spread over 7 days. There is some on call requirement in exceptional circumstances to allow for the usual running of buildings.
