PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years experience
LOCATION: Ipswich, Suffolk
SALARY: GBPCompetitive
CONVEYANCING SECRETARY OPPORTUNITY:
A new opportunity has come up with a modern East Anglia law firm who are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. The successful Conveyancing Secretary will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and legal executives or other Fee Earners within the firm. Duties will include but not be limited to; general filing and updating of records, typing up legal documents, answering the phone and making appointments with clients, meeting and greeting, land registry forms and searches, all property related forms, adhere to policies re money laundering etc.
CONVEYANCING SECRETARY:
The successful Conveyancing Secretary will have a minimum of two years experience in private practice within a residential conveyancing department and be able to hit the ground running to support the existing fee earners.
