The job
As Graduate Food Technologist, the purpose of your role is to ensure the business operates to the requirements of food safety legislation, customers' COPs, BRC and organic protocols plus provide comprehensive, timely technical service to customers to support sales.
You will manage and develop food safety and quality systems, assist in maintaining the BRC grade, ensure up-to-date retailer COPs are understood and applied, ensure specifications are accurate and completed on time, ensure the artwork approval system is accurate, manage and develop technical KPIs, ensure technical related NPD tasks are completed and ensure that site hygiene and food handling is maintained to the highest standards.
Your experience
To be considered for the Graduate Food Technologist job, you will be educated to a degree / HND level in a food related discipline and ideally possess food manufacturing technical or specifications experience from a University placement. To succeed, you will be highly organised, have fantastic attention to detail and be IT literate.
