The job
Your job, as Quality Supervisor is to be jointly responsible for maintaining the day-to-day quality of products and for all aspects of the Quality Control (QC) programme including product traceability and assessment systems. In this predominantly factory-based role, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, staff and directors.
Your experience
We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual with strong technical/QA experience within food manufacturing, ideally working within a high care, BRC accredited site. You will be familiar with retailers online technical portals and databases, have internal food safety and H&S auditing experience and knowledge of microbiological sampling. Level 3 Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP is desirable.
