Mae gennym dros 6,300 o gartrefi ac rydym yn gyfrifol am reoli a chynnal y cartrefi rheini.

Fel Clerc Gwaith fe fydd disgwyl i chi gynrychioli Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd ar safle ac i fod yn yn gyfrifol am gynnal arolygiadau ar safle ar waith datblygu adeiladu o'r newydd a gwaith adnewyddu, i sicrhau bod yr holl waith yn cael ei wneud yn ddiogel ac yn cyd fynd â gofynion y fanyleb a chytundeb.

Clerk of Works (New Build)

Salary: £26,571 - £29,449 per annum 

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As a Clerk of Works, you would be expected to be Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd’s on-site representative, responsible for conducting on-site inspections for new build developments and refurbishment works to ensure that all the works are carried out safely and in accordance with the specification and contract requirements.

It is essential that the post holder has a recognised qualification in building maintenance or construction. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable in this role.
