Supported Manager – FTC 8 Months
Our service in Hillingdon is a CQC registered supportive living service for adults with learning & physical disabilities. This service is person centred with a focus towards promoting and increasing independence for our customers.
As the Supported Manager, you will manage the operational day-to-day delivery of the service by ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation, CQC, Local authority contracts and Ability housing’s policies & procedures.
You will provide leadership & motivation to ensure the team are clear about their duties and responsibilities as well as ensuring the promotion of positive working relationships with customers, their families, all colleagues as well as external professionals.
The successful candidate will have worked as a Registered Manager previously and or
worked for at least 2 years in an operational management capacity in a health and social care setting. In addition you must hold or be studying towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
Our standard working hours are 35 hrs per week, however a flexibility in your approach to working hours will be required to meet the needs of the service and our customers.
