SUPPORTED HOUSING OFFICER

Salary: £17,625 - £18,862 per annum (pro rata) 

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As a Supported Housing Officer, you would be expected to deliver the activities of the Supported Housing Service, ensuring the successful delivery of services to older customers in order to enable independent living and prevent homelessness.

It is essential that the post holder has previous experience of dealing with people in need of Care and / or Support. The ability to speak Welsh is essential in this role.
