Bilborough College is seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, highly organised and effective Receptionist and Student Support Administrator at this highly successful and inclusive sixth form college in Nottingham.

You will provide an excellent front-of-house service to all visitors, students staff and governors at the College; answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors and providing efficient administrative support.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for working with young people, helping others and creating a positive, welcoming and professional environment;
  • Is clear, confident and professional in their communication, with an excellent telephone manner;
  • Is able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with students, parents, college staff and governors;
  • Is flexible, able to work under pressure and proactively, both independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have sound organisation and administration expertise, good IT skills and the personal qualities to deliver a high level of service in a busy reception environment.
