Help us to deliver 'More homes, great services, better lives'

Nottingham Community Housing Association is a unique, complex, successful and innovative not for profit organisation, providing over 9,500 homes for tenants in the East Midlands. We provide over 943,000 hours of help to vulnerable people through our extensive provision of housing with care and support services including learning disabilities, mental health, domestic abuse, older people and young adults.  NCHA has a turnover in excess of £80 m and employs over 1,100 staff.

The Association is governed by a Board of Management who are collectively responsible for ensuring the success of NCHA by directing the Association’s affairs and determining its strategic aims.

Our Board has had a proud history of achieving a mix of members from diverse backgrounds and we are currently looking to recruit two new members. We require applicants to meet the person specification and, ideally, are also looking for individuals who have skills and knowledge in either of the following areas:

·         Finance/Audit skills – understanding of the issues facing a large diverse organisation; or

·         Information Technology – in particular an understanding of the key issues associated with cyber security and data protection

New board members will join a successful Board and contribute to the development of a dynamic and well run organisation.

If you’ve got a passion for housing and/or social care and live in the East Midlands, then we’d love to hear from you.
