The role
The purpose of this role is to manage all operatives and sub-contracted labour within the agreed project areas.
 
It has the following main responsibilities;
●        Working within agreed budgets, objectives and targets
●        Ensuring the maximum productivity of all operatives
●        Carrying out QC audits and pre and post inspections of works
●        Ensuring the satisfactory resolution of client and tenant issues
●        Motivating your team to deliver excellent results
 
What they need
For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
●        Experience of on-site supervision of operatives / contractors
●        Experience of monitoring and managing resources
●        Experience of carrying out pre and post inspections
●        Knowledge of trades including plastering, decorating, plumbing, heating and electrical
●        An approachable manner with the ability to motivate others
●        A positive, proactive, can do attitude
