#TeamGuidant are now on the lookout for a Recruitment Business Partner to work on one of our RPO accounts based on-site in Peterborough. This is a superb opportunity for someone looking to work in a delivery focused role handling vacancies and stakeholders across various different business areas. You will also develop excellent relationships with our client and suppliers ensuring our recruitment processes run seamlessly and be on hand to provide excellent recruitment expertise.
You will need experience within a recruitment role (ideally on-site or internal) You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, as well as able to pick up new systems quickly and effectively. You will also have a real passion for maintaining partner /stakeholder relationships and ideally have experience of high volume recruitment.

Day to day you'll be responsible for:
* Vacancy management (Permanent recruitment) from discussing the brief with the hiring manager to liaising with our suppliers /recruiters to facilitate the whole recruitment life cycle.
* Building robust relationships.
* Weekly /monthly updates to key partners.
