We are looking for a confident, customer focused Event Assistant to join our Events team in Holborn; who deliver over 70 events per year. This role will be the main point of contact for event delegates and responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience to all, throughout the event process.
This is an ideal role for someone with customer service experience, looking to start a career in the events industry. This role will see you assist in all aspects of administration, logistics and marketing for our events.
As a Royal College, we offer a wide range of educational events, from simulation-based training days to lecture-based conferences. Our events are aimed at doctors in anaesthesia, critical care and pain medicine with attendance ranging from 20 to 350 delegates.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, forward-thinking team at an exciting time as we implement our new education strategy. You need to be an Event Assistant with a passion for events, excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines, under pressure.
