Job title: Architectural Technician
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to work for an exciting up and coming Architectural Practice based in South West London.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
- 5 + years of industry experience.
- Primary experience working in the residential sector.
- Project experience must include high end, housing association and refurbishment.
- Must have a high level of design skill with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be highly proficient using ArchiCAD.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
