I am looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to support the work of the Marketing function to help drive lead generation and brand awareness of my client. This exciting position will support all aspects of the marketing mix with a focus around content, brand management, social media and customer success.
The role has the potential to develop to the skills and interests of the successful candidate. We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive mindset and above all else, be willing to learn and grow with us.
Duties to include:
*Support copy creation including marketing collateral, blog articles, customer success stories and the website.
*Assist with lead generation and brand awareness campaigns to our target audience.
*Support the website's development through with content, monitoring and update and monitor our website.
*Support our customer success program through client stories, case studies, testimonials and video.
*Operational activities such as updating marketing collateral, updating Word/PowerPoint documents. CRM administration (HubSpot), research and competitor analysis.
*Other projects and campaigns depending on your skill set.
*Minimum 1-year marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment.
*A degree in Marketing or similar field.
*An attention to detail with a logical approach.
*A creative, proactive mindset to problem solving.
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the confidence to work with all levels of stakeholder and client.
*A willingness to learn and develop but know when to ask for support and guidance.
*Knowledge of Hubspot or similar marketing platforms desirable but not necessary.
*Commercial, analytical thinker with a positive, can-do attitude.
