Key tasks:

• Networking with highly technical candidates
• Talent selection and assessment including hosting face to face interviews
• Client and talent management including rate/salary negotiations and talent onboarding
• Attracting fresh technical talent through advertising and social media networking campaigns
• Attending and hosting events ie local drop in events and national events where we have a full stand with media packs and marketing material to distribute
• Business development within current and new clients

Salary: GBP17,000 - GBP20,000 basic + Commission with OTE's of GBP40,000 per annum Depending on Experience
