In this exciting role you’ll be involved in the training and development of the overseas agents through mentoring, evaluation of calls and emails as well as working to develop new processes and material to meet the company’s high standards.

You’ll be working closely with all departments to identify opportunities and provide resolution for the improvement of the customer journey.

Additionally, your day-to-day will involve:

- Understanding customers’ needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible
- Responding to a range of telephone and email queries; including orders, technical product support, account and payment enquiries, cancellations, resolutions and more
- Helping to resolve customers’ product or service related issues
- Assisting with the placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Liaising with courier companies to track customers’ deliveries and collections

Think you’d fit in with this passionate team? To be considered, you’ll need:

- Experience in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability to understand further programmes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- The willingness to learn and perform operational tasks in order to gain the knowledge required to train others in the role
