SECURITY MANAGER - MAIDSTONE
GBP28000 PER ANNUM - 5 DAYS WORKING WEEK - FLEXIBLE DUTY HOURS AVAILABLE
Cordant Security is currently recruiting a Security Manager to work on our prestigious client's Shopping Centre site in Maidstone Kent.
General Responsibilities:
* To ensure all security/cleaning staff meet the satisfaction of the Mall
* Staff development and training
* delivery of site responsibilities in accordance with the assignment instructions.
* To ensure fulfilment of all contracted hours
* Staff retention
* Offer leadership, support, direction and guidance to the Cordant teams
* To cost-effectively manage the consumables budget and the relevant parts of the mall service charge budget
* The key responsibility for efficiency, health and safety, compliance, security, and cleanliness of the Mall
* Responsible for the control room daily function and planning

The successful candidate should have:
* 5 years of security background
* Shopping centre experience
* CCTV and Door Supervisors SIA licences are required
* Experience of cleaning desirable
