Responsibilities and Duties.

Overall management of the training department and team.

Working with the Senior Management Team to understand, identify and deliver the training and development needs of the business and its people.

Review and where possible improve all training and development courses and systems within the business.

Design, develop and deliver inhouse training courses.

Work with external training providers to ensure that courses are fit for purpose and delivered in a cost effective and efficient way.

Develop an industry leading training strategy on behalf of the business from entry level employee through to the Senior Management Team.

Work with the Operations Management Team to design a structured and accredited training programme that allows the business to succession plan and internally promote colleagues into key operational roles.

Qualifications and Experience.

PTLLS or equivalent

ILM or equivalent

Ability to deliver presentations and training course

Internal and External Audit
