Aliaxis UK are part of the Aliaxis Group, a global manufacturer of plastic pipe systems for the building and utilities sectors; a successful organisation which employs over 16000 people worldwide. Our busy HR department now require a HR Advisor to join the business in a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.
Working as part of a well established HR team based in Lenham, Kent, the HR Advisor will be the first point of contact, supporting managers across a number of Aliaxis UKs brands & divisions to deliver a first class HR service. The role will support the achievement of business goals through providing operational HR/ER advice, ensuring compliance with up to date employment legislation and for promoting positive employee/ industrial relations across the various businesses/brands.
The ideal candidate will preferably be CIPD qualified, will have worked in a similar HR Advisor role and ideally have experience from within a manufacturing environment. With a focus on delivering HR administration, you will have good analytical skills, experience of report generation & analysis and strong IT/system skills including excel. Experience of psychometric testing would also be beneficial. Previous HR/software systems knowledge including Snowdrop, Sage, Capture-IT would be highly advantageous.
