Regional HR Advisor, Field Based, (covering West Midlands, Lincolnshire, South Wales, Bedfordshire), salary GBP32,500 plus car, pension.
Arlington Moore Recruitment is recruiting for our client is a successful business with hundreds of sites across the UK. They are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their team to look after West Midlands, Lincolnshire, South Wales, Bedfordshire area.
As the Regional HR Advisor you will be responsible for the following:-
Advising Site Managers on HR related issues including grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings
Supporting recruitment campaigns when required, including interviewing candidates
Supporting HR training
Dealing with HR queries over the telephone
Successful HR Advisor applicants will ideally have the following:-
Experience within a similar role
Generalist HR experience
Ideally CIPD Qualified (although not essential)
