Job Description:
My client is an award-winning provider of employee benefit solutions and manage an extensive book of corporate clients.
Joining the employee benefits team; reporting into the Operations Manager and Project Manager, the co-ordinator will be required to manage the end to end process of the creation of a client's employee benefits website from build through to launch and then on an ongoing basis.
This is an essential client facing role and requires an individual to take ownership of a process. To deliver exceptional and seamless client service, the co-ordinator will need to liaise with the Clients and multiple internal departments within the business to identify any issues and new business opportunities.
The main responsibilities include:
  • Own and manage client experience proposition including building and launching the employee benefits website from start to finish, including day to day customer service
  • Manage and capture all accurate and relevant data required to build a clients' website
  • Identify any issues or escalate to the Project Manager and/ or partners, where appropriate
  • Communicate and manage the pipeline of website builds
  • Co-ordinate annual renewal of websites
  • Ensure websites are built using the compliance procedures built into the system
  • Be familiar with HTML to be able to read and spot errors in coding. (Full training will be provided)
  • Conduct regular reviews of content and assets to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
  • Liaise with the compliance teams to ensure sites and content are compliance approved

Key Skills/Experience Required:
To be considered for the role it's essential that you have an outstanding telephone manner as well as the ability to communicate verbally and in writing. You'll need excellent organisation skills in order to multi task and deliver within set timescales.
You'll need to have strong IT skills with a good use of Microsoft office packages and most importantly, knowledge of common employee benefits and previous experience of working in a project environment.
Salary/Benefits Information:
The salary on offer is up to GBP25,000 and an incredible range of employee benefits including: matched pension contributions up to 7.5%, Income Protection, 4 X DIS, Critical Illness, Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance and Medical cash plan. The benefits also include, Eye care, an Employee Assistance Programme, Childcare Vouchers and 25 days holiday which can rise to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years' service.
