We are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to the Head of School who will be responsible for delivering a high quality PA service combined with related administrative and business activities.
The successful applicant will be required to act on his/her own initiative, using careful judgement, tact and diplomacy.
The role will encompass supporting the Head of School and the Senior Leadership Team through the provision of a confidential, professional, efficient and responsive administrative service.
This service includes the handling of highly sensitive and confidential issues on a daily basis, alongside working with the whole staff body, the ability to deal with parents, liaise with Governors and other external bodies.
Experience of SIMS, organising staff absence cover and completing the annual Census data is desirable but not essential.
