MAINTENANCE / HANDYPERSON
  • GBP10.50 per hour
  • Permanent Contract - 40 hours per week
  • GUILDFORD, SURREY (GU2)
  • AWARD WINNING NURSING HOME
Maintenance / Handyperson role will be:
  • To maintain the appearance of the Care Home to the highest possible standards
  • To ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Ideal applicant will have experience in some of these, either as a trade or basic knowledge:
  1. Plumbing
  2. Electrical
  3. Carpentry
  4. Painting and Decorating
  5. Health and Safety
  6. PAT Testing
  7. Gardening
  8. Fire Safety
You must be organized, approachable, friendly, able to plan and prioritize your own workload, good record keeping skills.
Must have a driving licence.
