We are working with a very exciting and well-funded tech start-up based in London Bridge, who after building a successful MVP of their core product, are now ramping up their Business Development team. Their tech products are B2B and target the commercial real estate sector, using Big Data and Data Science to create powerful decision-making tools.

They are initially looking for 3 Business Developers to join their burgeoning team, which so far consists of a Head of Business Development and two Software Sales Exec. You will be selling two initial B2B products directly into the commercial real estate sector and will of course be trained on the products, how they work and why they are of benefit. The business was set up on the back of overwhelming support from the real estate industry, so they know the appetite is there on this market changing, Real Time data driven product. This is a full 360 sales role, from canvassing for business, the product demos and closing of deals.

You will be targeted quarterly, on new Sales, with 75% on individual targets, 25% team revenue target. Additionally, there are kickers in place for overachievement. There is GBP10k bonus available across the year, along with the kickers, so in addition to the basic salary, of up to GBP40k the OTE is a very achievable GBP50k+ in year 1 uncapped.

As the business is rapidly growing (projected Sales team of 10 by the end of the year) there are significant opportunities for career development and promotions as the department grows.

It would be beneficial if you hold a driving licence, but it is not essential.
