This role is to join a rapid growth ActionCOACH business as a home worker.

The Role
The role is to support the MD and principal Business Coach by calling SME business owners cold or in response to a letter, email or lumpy mail

Key Responsibilities include

?? Generate leads from cold or follow-ups to a previous marketing campaign. Leads will be generated for 2 main purposes:

o For the coach to follow up with the prospect to provide an initial consultation.

o To assist "filling the room" for Business Coaching taster sessions.

?? Record results and KPIs on a spreadsheet

?? Provide regular updates

?? Being open to new approaches, learning and feedback

?? Being creative and entrepreneurial

Profile of person

?? Exceptional telephony skills

?? Ability to build rapport quickly with SME business who you have never spoken to and have not heard of the business

?? Extensive experience and exceptional performance at cold calling essential

?? Achieves results by listening, asking great questions not by sales pressure.

?? A good network of SME business owner contacts.

?? A 'can do' attitude, hungry to learn new skills and develop, naturally show initiative & resourcefulness is vital.

Compensation & Benefits

GBP10-15 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)

PLUS GBP40 per lead generated - provided the lead sits a meeting with the coach.

PLUS GBP200 per signed client.

Location & Hours

15 hours per week.

Will be discussed during interview
