We’re now seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Plymouth as we continue to lead the market.

Your Role 

As an Account Manager, you will manage customers’ requirements on a day-to-day basis, delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets. 

Specifically, you will sell promotional merchandise to existing customer accounts, sending enquiries and orders for the delivery of merchandise. 

Your role will also involve: 

- Dealing within inbound enquiries 
- Sending out quotes 
- Following up with customers 
- Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing 
- Facilitating repeat business by developing robust customer relationships 

About You 

To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need: 

- Excellent customer service experience 
- A strong level of IT literacy 
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal 
- A polite and friendly manner 
- A team player mentality and the ability to multitask effectively 
- The desire to achieve 

Any experience gained within a sales environment would be beneficial to your application.
