Customer Care Administrator

Permanent Position

Cruden Building Ltd are seeking a full time Customer Care Administrator to work in a busy Maintenance Office within the Glasgow based Head Office.

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Thursday 8.45am till 5.00pm - 8.45am to 4pm on Friday and entitled to 34 days holiday per annum.

Candidates will have good administrative and organisational skills. This role requires previous experience of working in a similar role, the ability to multi-task effectively, and to handle inquires and complaints in a professional manner at all times. Candidates should have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work on their own initiative, good time keeping and attendance is essential.
