Erskine supports over 1,000 Veterans each year across Scotland. With four care homes and a range of accommodation options within the Veterans Village, we also assist younger Veterans who need help to begin the next chapter of their lives, offering social, recreation and training facilities at our Activity Centre.
As a charity, Erskine is Proud to Care, as do our supporters and we are looking to recruit a fundraiser to join Erskine’s Fundraising and Communications Team.
North of Scotland
37.5 hours per week
Weekend/Evening working will be required
Grade 4 Salary: £23,514 - £27,506 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Award Winning Fundraising and Communications Team as a Community Fundraiser. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience of community, events or corporate fundraising to join our Community Fundraising Team.
This post is likely to be home-based in the Inverness/Aberdeen area. The post holder will help Erskine to achieve fundraising targets and develop long-term, sustainable relationships with supporters through a variety of fundraising and awareness raising activities to achieve its charitable aims and provide high quality care services to the ex-Service community. Erskine must raise over £9m in voluntary income each year and this role plays a vital part in achieving that goal.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience as a professional fundraiser, in community, corporate or event fundraising, achieving annual income targets. Excellent project planning skills, interpersonal, communication and written skills together with good IT skills are essential for this post. A full driving licence is required. Experience of Raiser’s Edge would be an advantage although training will be provided if necessary.
