Cover Supervisor
LOCATION: Lavington Park, near Petworth, West Sussex
WORKING HOURS: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday - Term Time only (34 weeks per annum)
Seaford College is an independent co-educational boarding and day school. Founded in 1884, the college is situated in Lavington Park, south of Petworth, set in 450 acres of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The Cover Supervisor role involves the supervision and support of students across a number of subjects.
You'll be required to supervise and cover lessons, cover duties, supervision and private study periods.
Useful qualities required:
• Experience working with young people in a learning environment
• Be confident and assertive when dealing with pupils
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently, using your own initiative
• To promote positive learning outcomes for students of varying abilities
