Our client is currently recruiting for a Building Services Manager to join their Estates Management team at their London Office. Focusing on comprehensive analysis of Mechanical & Electrical equipment (boilers, lifts, air conditioning, effective window cleaning etc.) tendering specification and maintenance regimes, ensuring the facilities across the London portfolio remain in exceptional condition.
As a Building Services Manager you will ensure that adherence, oversight and awareness of Operations and Maintenance manuals resulting in adherence to these documents so as to maintain associated warranties, reporting any failures or deficiencies to the Operational Director.
Assisting Development Managers you’ll review plans, specifications, tenders, repairs and routine contracts, in addition to reviewing and assessing engineering insurance claims across the high net worth schemes, determining common traits.
Do you have at least 36 months of experience in facilities / mechanical and electrical arrangements, management of asset registers, tender specifications and support senior executives? Know how to manage a busy and demanding workload with confidentiality and discretion as well as good knowledge of Microsoft packages? If so this role could be for you!
