Cleaning Supervisor

Full time cleaning Supervisor for Cambridge & surrounding areas

Salary £19,760 

The role includes:

• undertaking cleaning duties in accordance with an agreed schedule and to a required standard;
• the supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty
• ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered 
• reviewing work schedules when necessary
• ordering of cleaning materials
• ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• previous experience in a cleaning environment 
• previous experience of managing a team
• the ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
• good interpersonal skills
• a full driving licence is essential
