Main Pay Range 1 – 6 (£23,719 - £34,664)
Upper Pay Range 1 - 3 (£37,005 - £39,791)
SEN Allowance (£2,169)

We are looking for an experienced and innovative practitioner to provide education to pupils from KS1 – KS4 at our Launceston base. The education model is based around working with the Pastoral Lead who will manage a team of Mentors commissioned to work one to one for each individual pupil due to their high needs. The post is full time to orchestrate individual learning and support delivery by Teaching Assistants as well as one to one and small group teaching.
